Vt. 10-year-old boy accidentally shot by teen (Boston Globe)

Authorities say a 10-year-old Vermont child was accidentally shot by a teenager and hospitalized. Barre police say the boy was shot in the hand and face with a 12-gauge shotgun while lying in bed Saturday night in Upper Graniteville, Vt. That’s outside Montpelier. The boy has been taken to Fletcher Allen Hospital in Burlington, where he is in stable condition.
