WEST RUTLAND Vermont State Police are asking for information anyone may have about a suspicious fire that struck a vacant house in West Rutland. Police say quick action by local firefighters meant only two rooms were damaged in the two-story, wood-frame home at 76 Smith Street in West Rutland.
